Deliveries to the door:

In all cases, your parcels are left in front of your door directly on the first floor. You will therefore not have to climb the stairs with a large package in your hands and if you are not present at the time of reception you will not have to pick it up at the post office .

Delivery is in partnership with La Poste Pro climat, which certifies CO2-compensated delivery.

Returns:

Free exchanges within 45 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging . For example, if you have diapers left that are too small, contact us and we will take them back from you on the next delivery. You will benefit from a reduction in the price of the products included in your next order.
